US Azerbaijanis to hold rally on 30th anniversary of Khojaly genocide

An all-American rally dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy will be held in Washington, Erjan Yerdalanli, head of the Azerbaijan-New York Association, told Report's local bureau.

According to Yerdaranli, Azerbaijanis living in all states and cities of the United States are expected to participate in the action, which will be held in front of the Capitol building: "Buses have been arranged for the capital of Washington along various routes. The purpose of holding a permitted, peaceful rally is to attract the attention of the world community to the bloody crime committed by the Armenians in Khojaly. For this reason, I call on all compatriots living in the United States to take part in the action."
