“During his visit in Ganja, Ambassador Libby paid respect to the victims of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia and expressed his condolences to their families and loved ones. The United States remains committed to promoting a peaceful and prosperous future for this region,” reads the post.
Ambassador Mark Libby has resigned from the diplomatic service due to his health. He will step down after completing the 2024 calendar year.
