Ukraine interested in developing academic cooperation with Azerbaijan

Ukraine is interested in expanding its educational ties with Azerbaijan,Ukrainian Ambassador Yuriy Husyev said during the opening ceremony of an exhibition of Ukrainian universities in Baku.

According to Report, he emphasized that the education of Azerbaijani students in Ukraine reflects trust in the country's academic system:

"Today, more than 4,000 Azerbaijani citizens are pursuing higher education in Ukraine. This is a clear testament to the trust in Ukrainian universities and our educational system,” the ambassador noted.

Yuriy Husyev also expressed Kyiv’s keen interest in educational exchange with Baku:

"We are particularly interested in further developing academic exchanges, dual degree programs, joint scientific projects, and enhancing opportunities for student mobility between Ukraine and Azerbaijan," he stressed.
