Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijan on May 28 - Independence Day at the Azerbaijan, Türkiye and Pakistan Summit held on Wednesday.
Report quotes Erdogan as saying Azerbaijan, Türkiye and Pakistan are expanding economic and strategic ties.
"After the liberation of Azerbaijani territories, significant development has been recorded in the region and we believe that the lasting peace will prevail in the region. I congratulate Azerbaijan on May 28 - Independence Day," he noted.
