The Turkish Ministry of National Defense offered condolences to Azerbaijan over the January 20 tragedy, Report informs.
"We commemorate with mercy our brothers who were martyred in the massacre known as Black January, which took place in brotherly Azerbaijan on January 20, 1990. As one nation, two states, we will continue our unity with our Azerbaijani Turk brothers," the ministry wrote on X.
