Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is the architect of a new future in the South Caucasus, Levent Ersin Oralli, associate professor at Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University, told Report.
The Turkish expert noted that Armenia is also aware of its role in building this future for the region:
“Armenia needs peace more than Türkiye and Azerbaijan. Armenia has become a toy of lobbies and imperialist states. There is an Armenia that is enslaved by the diaspora and is not governed from within. If Armenia sits down at the table with Azerbaijan and signs a peace agreement, this will be a factor of existence for it.”
