Karabakh was liberated from occupation thanks to the far-sighted policy of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün said, Report informs.

"As Heydar Aliyev said, Azerbaijan and Türkiye are "one nation, two states." We honor the memory of the great leader with love and respect," Akgün added.
