Turkish Embassy expresses condolences to Azerbaijan

The Turkish Embassy in Baku has expressed its condolences to Azerbaijan over the deaths of servicemen who were caught in an avalanche in the Gadabay district, according to Report.
"Today, we learned with deep sorrow about the deaths of two Azerbaijani soldiers who were caught in an avalanche in Gadabay on March 19," the embassy said in a post on X.
"We extend our condolences to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and wish peace to the souls of our brothers who perished in this tragic incident," the message reads.
Earlier, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Emergency Situations released a joint statement confirming that two servicemen were found dead after being trapped under the avalanche.
