Turkish Ambassador to US congratulates Azerbaijani people on Victory Day

Turkish Ambassador to the United States Hasan Murat Mercan has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on November 8 - Victory Day
The diplomat told Report's American bureau that he is happy to witness the historic victory of Azerbaijan and see the liberated Karabakh and the restoration of Shusha.
"We are even so more gladdened by the fact that on the second year of Victory, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov celebrated this holiday together with us, in Washington. I congratulate the Azerbaijani people led by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Happy Victory, Azerbaijan!" Hasan Murat Mercan said.
