Tofig Abbasov: Azerbaijan’s economy revived thanks to Heydar Aliyev

Azerbaijan’s economy was revived thanks to the national leader Heydar Aliyev, political scientist Tofig Abbasov said at the conference “Foreign Policy Priorities of National Leader Heydar Aliyev” in Baku, Report informs.

According to Abbasov, working in the team of Heydar Aliyev, he gained invaluable experience.

“In the most difficult years for Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev actually saved the country,” Abbasov said, noting that all world leaders treated him with deep reverence and respect.

The expert reminded that in the most difficult days of the war, Heydar Aliyev visited the hottest spots and personally took a detailed interest in the situation.
