South Africa plans to open consulate in Azerbaijan shortly

South Africa is planning to open a consulate in Azerbaijan shortly, Ambassador of South Africa to Türkiye and Azerbaijan, Dipuo Bertha Letsatsi-Duba said in an interview with Report's Ankara bureau.

According to her, relations between South Africa and Azerbaijan are developing day by day.

The ambassador also expressed confidence that the activities of the South African consulate planned to open in Baku will further expand ties between the countries.
