The SCO Plus high-level meeting has begun in Bishkek.
According to Report's correspondent in Bishkek, leaders and representatives from more than 15 countries are taking part in the event.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is also attending the meeting.
According to the Kyrgyz side, the meeting is expected to address a wide range of issues related to security and stability in the world.
The SCO Plus format provides an opportunity for broader political and diplomatic dialogue.
