Saudi king, crown prince invited to UN Urban Development Forum in Baku

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud have been invited to the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13), which will be held in Baku in 2026.

According to Report, on July 29, letters of invitation on behalf of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, were delivered to Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Waleed Bin Abdulkarim al-Khereiji, by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Shahin Abdullayev.

During the meeting, the sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation in all areas, along with other issues of mutual interest.
