Saint Petersburg to host informal summit of CIS heads of state 

An informal summit of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) heads of state will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on December 28, said Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin, Report informs.

According to him, preparations for the summit are underway.
