Sadyr Japarov taps Maksat Mamytkanov as Kyrgyzstan's ambassador to Azerbaijan

President Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan has signed a decree appointing Maksat Mamytkanov as the country's new ambassador to Azerbaijan, replacing Kairat Osmonaliev, who had held the position since June 2021.
According to Report, Osmonaliev, who was also appointed as Kyrgyzstan's ambassador to Georgia in February 2022, has been relieved of his duties in Azerbaijan by another presidential decree.
