Russian leader congratulates President Aliyev on phone

A telephone conversation has been held between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia.

Report informs that Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his 60th birthday anniversary.

"The general disposition to further strengthen the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership has been reaffirmed," the Kremlin's press service said in a statement.
