Putin appoints new ambassador of Russia to Azerbaijan

Mikhail Yevdokimov has been appointed Ambassador of Russia to Azerbaijan.

Report informs citing TASS that the relevant decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

By another decree, Mikhail Bocharnikov was relieved of his post.
