Putin acknowledges 'problems' in Russia's relations with Azerbaijan

Issues may arise between countries depending on the current situation, but the fundamental relationship between Russia and Azerbaijan remains solid, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a press conference in Beijing, Report informs.
"There are problems. But today, I greeted President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev - we exchanged a few words," Putin stated. "Still, I believe the fundamental nature of Russia-Azerbaijan relations and our mutual interest in their development will ultimately set everything in its proper place."
