Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan exchange letters

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Sardar Berdimuhamedov have exchanged congratulatory letters on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, according to Report.
