President of Azerbaijan lays flowers at National Leader's bas-relief in Tashkent

On August 22, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva laid flowers at the bas-relief of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Heydar Aliyev Square in Tashkent.

According to Report, Heydar Aliyev Square and the bas-relief of the National Leader, located in the Mirabad district of Tashkent, were inaugurated on June 21, 2022. The square, which has been extensively redeveloped, features green spaces and amenities for public relaxation.

During his state visit to Uzbekistan that year, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev attended the inauguration of the bas-relief of the National Leader.
