Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has arrived at the Blenheim Palace in Oxford, UK, to participate in the 4th Summit of the European Political Community (EPC).

According to Report, President Aliyev was warmly welcomed by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Keir Starmer.
