President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Emir of Qatar

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the occasion of the country's national holiday, Report informs referring to the press service of the head of state.
