PM Asadov: Azerbaijan attaches great importance to relations with Iran

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov sent a congratulatory letter to Mohammad Reza Aref on the occasion of his appointment as the First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers.
The letter emphasized that the two states attach great importance to the relations built on solid foundations such as common religious and cultural roots, mutual respect and good neighborliness.
PM Asadov expressed readiness to take joint steps towards further strengthening of Azerbaijan-Iran relations and expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
