De jure, in Karabakh, Azerbaijan’s actions are conducted on its territory, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
Peskov noted that Moscow does not accept Yerevan’s reproaches regarding Karabakh.
