Number of international and local observers accredited in connection with presidential elections announced

At the meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) held today, Chairman Mazahir Panahov announced the number of international and local observers accredited in connection with the snap presidential elections, Report informs.
According to him, 78 international observers representing 8 international organizations and 21 countries have been accredited.
The chairman also added that 242 local observers were registered in the CEC and 14,281 in the Constituency Election Commission.
The snap presidential elections will be held in Azerbaijan on February 7 this year.
