Moldovan President: We have very good relations with Azerbaijan - EXCLUSIVE

"We have very good relations with Azerbaijan, very good contact at the level of the presidents. We have both multilateral relations within the CIS and bilateral relations," Moldovan President Igor Dodon told Report's Russian Bureau on the sidelines of the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

"I hope that this year Mr. Ilham Aliyev will be able to come to Moldova. We agreed to restart the work of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission. In March of this year I took part in the Seventh Global Baku Forum and we agreed with the President of Azerbaijan that he may come to Moldova in the second half of the year.

"With the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, we are building a cultural and educational center in Gagauzia and will soon open it, so we are looking forward to President Aliyev's arrival," Dodon said.
