Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's efforts to mobilize the country's political, diplomatic and military potential toward a common goal, together with the unparalleled heroism and fortitude of the Azerbaijani people, were key factors behind the historic victory.
