Minister of Internal Affairs has left for Belarus

Baku. 2 September. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Interior Minister, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov left for Minsk to take part at the next meeting of the Council of Interior Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Report was told in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

At the three-day event will hold a general exchange of views on priority areas of cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the CIS countries.

At a meeting of the Council provides for the adoption of agreements and cooperation programs of the participating countries in the application of information technologies and combating committed in the art crimes, as well as approval of the instructions on the activities of the specialized information bank Office for the Coordination of the fight against organized crime and other dangerous crimes in the territory of the CIS.

In addition, discussions will take place and will take an appropriate decision regarding the improvement of the joint work of the authorities of internal affairs (police) in the fight against vehicle theft and drug trafficking, psychotropic and dangerous chemicals, as well as address the issue concerning the exchange of information on ways to curb the illegal actions of fans during holding mass international sports and entertainment events.
