Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan sign memo on establishment of Interstate Council

A memorandum on the establishment of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic has been signed, Report informs.

The document was inked in Baku on April 20 during the signing ceremony of the Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz documents in the presence of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov. Ten documents have been signed between the two countries.
