Russian-Azerbaijani relations have always been based on strong ties of friendship and the principles of good neighborliness, the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matvienko said in a letter addressed to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Report informs
The letter notes that these relations, including through parliament, continue to develop dynamically today in a constructive manner, revealing the potential of allied partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation.
