Matthew Bryza: ‘Brussels Format has already proven its effectiveness’

The Brussels Format has already proven its effectiveness, international expert, board member of the Jamestown Foundation, and former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Matthew Bryza said in a statement to Report.

He noted that European Council President Charles Michel has a positive record of helping President Aliyev and Prime Minister Pashinyan find common ground and advance negotiations on a possible peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia: "I hope for more of the same if the Brussels Format does indeed resume. Nobody can accurately answer that question about the future."
