Leader of Republican People's Party supports Azerbaijan in PACE

Chairman of the Republican People's Party of Türkiye (CHP) Ozgur Ozel supported Azerbaijan in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

According to Report, during his speech, the leader of the party said that the process in connection with Azerbaijan must be resumed as soon as possible.

"We defend the common values of the Council, but what happened with Azerbaijan is instructive for both sides. And after that, we are ready to take full responsibility for restoring relations between Azerbaijan and the Council, which are very important for us," Ozel said.

The Azerbaijani delegation stopped cooperation with PACE on January 24.
