The Kremlin does not yet see any specifics in the US idea to create an international observation mission on Karabakh, the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report informs via TASS.
"No, we don’t see any specifics here yet. And then, any mission can only exist with the consent of the Azerbaijani side," he said.
Peskov added that Moscow, for its part, continues contacts with both Yerevan and Baku.
Peskov said that the Russian Federation is de facto involved in the normalization process, unlike the United States.
"It is hardly possible to compare the level of interaction and our involvement in this interaction with the involvement of the Americans," the Kremlin spokesperson noted.
