The war criminals who committed the monstrous act of genocide in Khojaly will be held accountable, said Director General of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies, Igor Korotchenko, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
The political scientist noted that the people share fair demands for the search and punishment of Armenian war criminals, whose victims during the monstrous massacre were civilians. “Today, friends of Azerbaijan, and simply people of good will, those who do not take any biased position, bring their words of sympathy to grief and share fair demands for the search and punishment of Armenian war criminals, whose victims during the monstrous massacre were civilians. Korotchenko noted that justice in the issue of the complete restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan triumphed thanks to the results of the second Karabakh war, as well as anti-terrorism measures carried out in 2023: “Today the country is effectively developing, the wounds of war are being healed, a large-scale program has been adopted for the return of internally displaced persons to the liberated territories.”
