Karim Valiyev: Azerbaijan-Türkiye relations are at their highest level

Azerbaijan-Türkiye relations are at their highest level, Azerbaijan's First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff, Karim Valiyev, said at a reception in Baku on August 30, Victory Day of Türkiye.

According to Report, he noted that the heads of state play an exceptional role in this success.

"According to the Shusha Declaration, our relations have reached the level of alliance," he added.
