Karen Donfried: One of matters on agenda of US Secretary of State is Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiation

“One of the matters on the agenda of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiation process, which includes discussions on many complicated issues, including border delimitation and reopening of transport links between the two countries,” Karen Donfried, the US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, said, Report informs, citing foreign media sources.
Donfried stated that the US supports direct dialogue between the two parties: “Only in this way it is possible to resolve the above-mentioned complicated issues. The US is acknowledging that the hard decisions that must be made to achieve peace must be made in Yerevan and Baku and ready to help in any way.”
