Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Qatar's State Minister for Foreign Affairs Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, Report informs, citing te MFA.
Bayramov informed Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi about the crimes committed by Armenia.
The ministers also exchanged views on regional issues of mutual interest.
