Azerbaijan may cooperate with the OSCE in the restoration of territories liberated from occupation, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a joint press conference with OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu.
According to Report, Bayramov noted that the OSCE is a security and cooperation organization in Europe, and it is difficult to build cooperation where there is no security.
"Given the current level of mutual distrust and ongoing military conflicts, the uniqueness of the OSCE lies in its ability to bring together countries with different approaches and positions under one roof. The task of diplomacy is to create frameworks and platforms for dialogue and to maintain them. No conflict lasts forever. Sustainable platforms are necessary for preventing conflicts. Such platforms also play a key role in resolving unresolved issues," he said.
