Istanbul hosts conference on Khojaly genocide

The Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul organized a conference dedicated to the Khojaly genocide, Report informs via Haber Global TV.
Speakers at the conference dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the tragedy said the 1992 massacre in Khojaly was one of the bloodiest events of the last century.
The Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Narmina Mustafayeva stated that, despite the recognition of the Khojaly events as an act of genocide by 17 countries, its perpetrators have not yet received the deserved punishment.
The participants emphasized that Turkish-Azerbaijani cooperation is important to detain those responsible for the genocide and bring them to justice.
