International Decolonization Front issues statement of condolence and solidarity over AZAL plane crash

The International Decolonization Front has issued a statement of condolence and solidarity regarding the crash of a passenger aircraft belonging to AZAL.

According to Report, the address to the Azerbaijani state and people, families of the plane crash victims, and the Baku Initiative Group states that the International Decolonization Front is deeply saddened by the tragedy that occurred on December 25.

"The friendship and cooperation ties we have built with the Azerbaijani people, especially the Baku Initiative Group, through international conferences over the past two years bring us even closer in these painful moments. At this time of national mourning, we extend our deepest condolences to the relatives of those who perished. Through this condolence, we want to convey our sincere friendship and solidarity to each Azerbaijani citizen. Our thoughts are with you during this ordeal," the statement says.

The statement was signed by the International Committee of Black Peoples (CIPN), Fos pou konstwi nasyon Gwadloup (FKNG), Bonaire Human Rights Organization, Kanak and Socialist National Liberation Front (FLNKS), Social Freedom and Decolonization Movement of French Guiana (MDES), Movement of Ecologists and Democrats for Sovereign Martinique (MODEMAS), International Movement for Reparations of Guadeloupe (MIR-Guadeloupe), Nazione Movement, Pueblo Progresivo Uni Movement, Multicultural and Progressive New Caledonia, United St. Martin Association, Communist Party of Guadeloupe (PCG), Party for the Liberation of Martinique (PALIMA), Pati Kominis pou Lendepandans ék Sosyalizm (PKLS), Tavini Huiraatira party of French Polynesia, Caledonian Union, and Popular Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe (UPLG).
