Informal summit of CIS heads of state held in St. Petersburg

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the meeting.

An informal summit of the CIS heads of state has begun at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library in St. Petersburg, Russia, Report informs via TASS.

The meeting is being held at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of Turkmenistan Sardar Berdimuhamedov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan are also participating in the summit meeting.
