President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation on February 26 evening, Report informs via AzerTag.
During the conversation, the presidents discussed the situation with the escalation of events in Ukraine and issues related to Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
