Azerbaijan has always greatly valued Uzbekistan's support, especially considering that the first contribution to the reconstruction of Karabakh came from Uzbekistan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting with participants of the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum, according to Report.
