On September 15, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Samarkand, Report informs, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani leader.
The meeting took place within the XXII summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
