Holders of special passports are exempt from visas between Azerbaijan and Maldives.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev approved the Agreement between the government of Azerbaijan and the government of Maldives on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, service and official passports.
