Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the elections held on February 7, Report informs.
“I also congratulate the people of Azerbaijan for their high turnout in the elections,” Fidan said in his speech at the 5th General Assembly of the OIC Youth Forum in Istanbul.
