Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on Novruz

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.

The letter reads:
