Fuzuli and Arkadag become twin cities

The cities of Fuzuli (Azerbaijan) and Arkadag (Turkmenistan) have officially established twin-city relations.
According to Report, the corresponding protocol was signed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Deryageldi Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan.
