The French Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Anne Boillon, visited the Alley of Martyrs ahead of January 20 - the Day of National Mourning, according to Report.
"On this day of mourning, the 35th anniversary of the Black January tragedy, together with European colleagues, we solemnly honor the memory of the victims of the January 1990 events," the diplomat wrote in a post on X.
