FM Bayramov informs Turkish delegation about Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization

Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov received a delegation led by the Director General for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Mehmet Samsar, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s MFA.

The meeting discussed issues arising from allied relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, cooperation within the framework of multilateral formats, as well as issues of regional and international security.

The necessity of intensifying cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations, in particular the Organization of Turkic States, as well as various tripartite and multilateral formats, was noted.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov provided an insight about the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
